Will I get a tax receipt?
Yes. We provide a receipt acknowledging the donation. Donors determine and state the value of donated goods.
Do you offer item pickup?
Yes—item pickup is available in Houston only. Select a 2-3 hour pickup window and we'll confirm by text/email.
What do I need to do before pickup?
Dogs/animals must be put away. Items must be broken down, appliances/electronics unplugged and disconnected, ready to go.
